Our Mission & History
Geethanjali Institutions of Nursing is a group of nursing education institutions based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Under the leadership of Mr. Vijay Vardhan Reddy Perugu, the journey began in 2004 with the establishment of its first institution.
Over the years, this vision has grown into a group of three institutions, united by a shared commitment to quality education, professional excellence, and compassionate healthcare.
Today, it brings together Geethanjali College of Nursing, KIMS and Amrutha College of Nursing under one academic vision.
Our mission is to empower future nurses with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and compassion needed to make a meaningful difference in society.

Our Nursing Courses
B.Sc Nursing
A comprehensive 4-year program designed to equip students with the clinical skills and theoretical knowledge required for a successful career in modern healthcare.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
A 2-year undergraduate degree program designed for registered nurses who hold a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma. It allows in-service nurses to upgrade their diploma to a full bachelor's degree, enhancing their clinical, management, and teaching skills
M. Sc Nursing
A Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing is a graduate degree for registered nurses or health science graduates. It takes 2 Years P.G Course to complete, focusing on advanced clinical practice, leadership, and nursing science.
General Nursing & Midwifery
GNM Nursing stands for General Nursing and Midwifery. It is a 3.5-year diploma program (3 years of academic instruction plus a 6-month mandatory internship) designed to train students in clinical care, midwifery, and community health.
